Due to NGB and College Policy parents are not allowed in the Sports Hall/building during training until further notice.

BEFORE ATTENDING:

For "Participant's Group/Class" enter the correct group your child

attends i.e: Elevate-Tue/Thu, U12/U13/U14/U16 girls/boys

ON ARRIVAL:

Participants must wait outside in a single file by the side of the building keeping to social distancing measures.

Be ready to show confirmation of completed form Green tick with Name and Date (you will find this in the email confirmation after completing the form above)

Participants' temperature will be checked before entering the building and Age 11+ must wear a mask.

LEAVING THE SESSION

Upon entering/leaving the Sports Hall all participants must to use hand sanitiser (provided by the club).
